About Jordan Andino
-
Executive Chef at Flip Sigi
Canadian born and California raised, Jordan Andino began his career at the age of 9 working at the knee of his chef dad in Toronto. He very quickly traded in his surfboard to hone his cooking style and work at legendary restaurants including The French Laundry and Spago.
At his chain of NYC-based Flip Sigi restaurants, Jordan Andino pulls inspiration from his grandmother’s traditional recipes to introduce diners to his contemporary take on Filipino cuisine.

Food Entrepreneur
Never the type of person to settle for anything less than greatness, Jordan has parlayed his success at restaurant building into a growing sponsorship empire. Some of the brands he has endorsed include Diet Coke, Spam, Nestle Quik, and King’s Hawaiian. He has also started his own online cooking class offerings, but we still can’t figure out how he has time to run them!
Jordan is also capitalizing on one of the latest trends to hit America - home meal delivery. Jordan is one of the featured chefs at Cook Unity, the first ever chef-to-you delivery service for busy people who want to eat well.
